After two successful workshops in November and March, Rahul Bharti is returning to the Okelaar during the summer vacation to teach a course on Ancient Healing and Energetic Work.

During this course, you will learn different techniques to use for yourself and tools that you can apply to others. The lessons consist of a combination of theory and practice. While theory provides the necessary foundation, the practical part ultimately comes down to your experience. Each student is approached in a way that works best for them.

We live in a world where we are constantly challenged to do more and more in less and less time. We all want to be successful, but often at the expense of our health and well-being. This course is specifically designed for those who want to learn how to manage their own energy better and improve their well-being, both within themselves and in others.

During the course, you will have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of your own energetic system and learn how to balance it. Rahul will share his vision and knowledge about the anatomy of the energetic body, which includes the soul, male and female energy, the chakras, and the physical and mental issues that may be associated with them.

A specific detox program will not only help cleanse your physical body but also your mental and energetic systems to boost your immunity and provide a powerful reset for your well-being and vitality. Many students report feeling a sense of rejuvenation after the course, and you may want to pass on what you’ve learned to friends, family, or clients.

The course also covers ancient yoga stretches and meditation. By practicing these techniques, you can strengthen your muscles, improve flexibility, and even prevent or eliminate physical ailments. These exercises are accessible to everyone and can be adapted to individual needs. Additionally, meditative exercises can help quiet your mind and balance your energetic system.

You will also have the opportunity to learn about energetic and sound healing. Through specific techniques from ancient healing, the predecessor of Reiki, you will learn how to balance your masculine and feminine energies and ground yourself. This skill can also be used to support others in their healing or growth process. Singing bowls are a powerful tool to work with the energetic system, and many find it to be one of the most relaxing forms of treatment. As the saying goes, “where words fall short, singing bowls can provide an answer.”
