After several previous successful workshops over the past year, Rahul Bharti is coming back to the Okelaar on 1 July. He is coming to teach a five-day course on the fundamentals of Ancient Healing.

We live in a world where we are constantly challenged to do more and more in less and less time. We all want to be successful, but often this comes at the expense of our health and well-being. This course is specially designed for people who want to learn how to manage their own energy (even better) and improve their well-being; both in themselves and others.

During this course, you will learn different meditation techniques and breathing exercises to use for yourself and be given tools to apply to others. The exercises are accessible to everyone, and applicable according to individual needs. Meditative exercises will help you calm your mind and work on balancing your energetic system.

Using specific techniques from ancient healing, you will learn how to balance your masculine and feminine energy and how to ground yourself. This is a skill you can also use to support others in their healing or growth process. You will get the chance to better understand your energetic system and learn how to balance it. Rahul conveys his vision and knowledge regarding the anatomy of the energetic body and the physical and mental problems that may be associated with it.

The classes consist of a combination of theory and practice. Theory is the necessary foundation, but the practical part is ultimately your experience. Each student is approached in a way that works best for him/her.

Who can participate in this workshop:

  • Anyone who wants to learn more about ancient healing and energy work, for beginners and advanced practitioners.
  • People who want to work on their own growth and healing, but also for therapists and counsellors who are engaged in caring for others.
  • People who are curious about the teachings and knowledge transfer of Rahul Bharti, who is an inspiration through his unique life path (see further under “Who is Rahul Bharti”).

You can also bring in your own questions, Rahul will gladly make space for this.

The language used is (simple) English.
